Columbia may begin contractor mobilization and site preparation activities within the upland portions of the contractor yard/staging area sites and associated access roads, identified in its Notice to Proceed Request. The requested contractor yard/staging area sites and associated access roads would have limited to no ground disturbance and no tree clearing.
FERC has authorized Columbia’s Buckeye XPress Project to construct, operate, abandon, and replace pipeline and ancillary facilities in Vinton, Jackson, Gallia, and Lawrence Counties, Ohio, and Wayne County, West Virginia.
